Are you experiencing overwhelming emotions, unwanted thoughts, challenging relationships, codependency, unhelpful habits, ADHD, or addiction? You are not alone, anyone can benefit from counselling at some point in their lives; we all need help from time to time. Depression and anxiety are some of the most uncomfortable emotions we can feel and can take away our motivation and joy in life. If you are feeling stuck in life, I can help by listening to your concerns and providing the support you need. I realize that the decision to start therapy can be terrifying and takes a lot of courage, believe me, I have been there myself.

I provide a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space for you to discuss your concerns. You are the expert in your own life and by working together, we will come up with a customized treatment plan to help you discover your strengths and provide you with the tools, skills, and coping mechanisms that will help you improve your current situation as well as any challenges that may arise in the future.

I will meet you wherever you are on your journey and support you to get to where you want to be in life. I believe that everyone has the ability to change, grow from their struggles and heal from pain.

I work with ADHD, anxiety and depression, situational crisis, grief, loss, transition, stress, addiction and codependency. The primary modality I work from is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, however, I incorporate many elements into the work I do with clients depending on their needs.

I offer an 8-week Codependency Group which provides both education and support. Topics we will explore include: -What codependency involves and where it comes from -Healthy thinking -How to express emotions -Elements of healthy relationships -Assertive communication -What boundaries are and how to set them -Self-care -How to continue healing moving forward.
